Notion is a flexible workspace for notes, wikis and lightweight databases. Teams often build their own trackers and dashboards in it.
Odoo does not ship a native Notion module, so the integration is a custom or third-party build. It is most useful for surfacing Odoo data, such as a deal list or a project status, inside a Notion workspace where a team already works.
Data Flow
What Data Moves Between Notion and Odoo
The integration uses the Notion API.
Odoo to Notion: records written as pages in a Notion database, kept current as they change in Odoo.
Notion to Odoo: optionally selected edits read back, though Odoo stays the system of record.
What Goes Wrong
Common Pitfalls
No native module. Plan for a custom build and its maintenance.
Notion as a view, not a source. Notion is best treated as a read view of Odoo data, not a second system of record.
Property mapping. Odoo fields must map to Notion database properties, which are loosely typed.
API limits. The Notion API is rate limited, so syncs must be paced.
Integration access. The Notion integration must be granted access to each target database.

How the Integration Is Set Up
Choose the integration approach and confirm maintenance ownership.
Create a Notion integration and share the target databases with it.
