The team's time becomes an operating signal
Activity categorisation, project rollup, app-usage trends. Operational insight, not surveillance dashboards.
When time tracking captures hours but produces no intelligence,
Timenzo turns the hours into productivity signals the team can act on.
Desktop time tracking with smart analytics, AI-augmented reports, activity monitoring, and compliance-friendly screenshot capture. Built on Odoo 18 + FastAPI.
Smart Dashboard preview — real screenshot replaces this on launch.
Activity categorisation, project rollup, app-usage trends. Operational insight, not surveillance dashboards.
Each engineer sees their own dashboard. The team's view aggregates without exposing individual screen-by-screen detail.
Time + project + billable status aligned. Utilisation reports and client-billable summaries from one platform.
Audit-traceable, opt-in screenshot capture, signed time entries, project-linked rollup for finance close.
Six features, each tied to a real operating outcome.
Native desktop application captures active time at the OS level. Windows, macOS, Linux. Auto-pause on idle. Auto-categorise by application.
A dashboard the operator actually opens. Activity-level heatmap, productivity score, app-usage breakdown, project rollup, weekly trend.
Built-in OpenAI + Anthropic integration generates weekly productivity summaries, anomaly detection, and operating-insight narratives. The team reads the report; the AI does the synthesis.
Apps are categorised as productive / neutral / distracting per role. The team owns their categorisation; managers see rollups, not screen-by-screen detail.
Opt-in, documented, audit-traceable. Screenshots are stored encrypted with retention policies, used for compliance or billable disputes — not as surveillance.
Companion module for device management, log collection, and remote debug control. Used internally to troubleshoot desktop client issues across the team without screen-sharing.

Engineering managers who want productivity signals without forcing always-on video calls or screen-sharing.
Managing partners who need utilisation + realisation + project-linked billable hours in one platform.
Operations leads who need audit-traceable time records, opt-in screenshot capture, and signed time entries.
Six commitments that hold across every Timenzo deployment.
Not enabled by default. Users see when it's enabled and can pause anytime.
Timenzo does not capture keystrokes.
App categories are configurable. Managers can suggest; teams own.
Screenshots and time data are encrypted in storage.
Screenshot retention is configurable (default 30 days; configurable per organisation).
Timenzo data stays in the customer's Odoo instance. We do not aggregate, sell, or train on customer data.
Once self-serve is ready, this section becomes a public pricing grid. Until then, honest and direct.
Not yet self-serve. Currently invite-only. We onboard customers manually so we can size deployments correctly and configure the privacy/categorisation defaults to match each organisation. Request a demo and we'll talk.
No. Screenshot capture is opt-in per user, never enabled by default, and disabled in most customer deployments. Where it is enabled (often for compliance or billable-dispute reasons), it is explicit, documented, and retention-policied. Timenzo is built around productivity signals, not screen-by-screen monitoring.
Windows, macOS, and Linux. The Timenzo desktop client is a native application that runs at the OS level for accurate activity capture.
Yes — Timenzo is built on Odoo 18 and integrates with the standard project, HR, timesheet, and contract modules. It can be installed on your existing Odoo or hosted via Deploy Monkey.
Timenzo uses OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to generate weekly productivity summaries and detect anomalies in activity patterns. The AI synthesises the data; the team reads the synthesis. No data is sent to AI providers without explicit configuration per organisation.
A companion module for remote device management and diagnostics. Used internally to troubleshoot desktop client issues across distributed teams. Pulse is bundled with Timenzo for managed deployments.
Yes. Timenzo is deployable on the client's own Odoo instance. We provide installation and onboarding support during the demo / setup phase.
We respond within one business day. A real product walkthrough, not a sales script.
